Florence F. (Ingraham) Donnelly, 76 of Wilmington, DE, died Sunday, January 4, 2004 in the Kutz Home in Delaware following a lengthy illness. Mrs. Donnelly was born in Portland, Maine on July 2, 1927, a daughter of the late Raymond Ingraham and the late Margaret (Francis) Ingraham Price. She graduated from Watertown High School in June 1942. Mrs. Donnelly resided in the Boston area, Derry and Hooksett before moving to Delaware in August 2003. She was employed as a Mortgage Specialist for Derry Bank & Trust Co. in Derry for many years and leaves many dear friends. Mrs. Donnelly was an avid gardener, enjoyed the arts and thoroughly enjoyed her huge family gatherings. She devoted her entire life to her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and to whom ever she met.
She is survived by six daughters, Paula J. Maryland of Lowell, MA, Florence M. Brault of Manchester, Susan M. Jaczuk of Hooksett, Jean Marie Benjamin and her husband Jonathan of Newark, DE, Mary-Lou Davies and her husband Michael of Forest City , PA, Alicia A. Donnelly of Manchester, three sons, Richard C. Kennedy of LA, Edward J. Donnelly Jr. and his wife Misook of Manchester, Brian J. Donnelly and his wife Nettie Jean of Atkinson, 22 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, one brother, Raymond Ingraham of Elmhurst, IL. She was predeceased by her husband Edward J. Donnelly Sr. who died in 1973, one son, Christopher S. Donnelly of Hooksett and one sister Jean M. Vail of Epping.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Friday, January 9th at 10:00am in the St. Thomas Aquinas Church, 26 Crystal Ave., Derry. Friends may call on Thursday from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 at the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry. The burial will be in the Holy Cross Cemetery in Londonderry in the Spring.
