Mr. Dennis J. McLaughlin, of Attleboro, died unexpectedly Thursday, January 27 at his residence. He was the former husband of Betty (Jordan) McLaughlin of North Attleboro. He was born 49 years ago in Taunton, the son of Lillian E. (Smith) McLaughlin and the late Joseph P. McLaughlin, Sr. He was educated in Dighton and had been an Attleboro resident for the past 7 years. Mr. McLaughlin was formerly employed at Stearn-Leach Company in Attleboro for 30 years. He enjoyed spending time with his children and riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle.
In addition to his mother, of Dighton, he leaves: 1 son: Aaron McLaughlin of North Attleboro; 1 daughter: Rhianne McLaughlin of North Dighton; 1 niece: Amy McLaughlin of Taunton. He was also the brother of the late Joseph P. McLaughlin, Jr. of Dighton.
A Visitation will be held at The Riendeau-Mulvey Funeral Home, 467 Bay Street, Taunton, on Tuesday, February 1, from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Interment will be private.
