LEICESTER;Mrs. Theresa J. (Haynes) Forsman 81 of 11 Sunset Dr., a loving and caring wife and mother, died peacefully Saturday Jan. 3 at St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester after a short illness. She leaves her husband of 62 years, Warren H. Forsman, three daughters Donna L. Foley of Leicester, Norma J. Blanchard of Manchester, N.H. and Ann T. Parker of Westboro, six grand, and four great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She attended Greenville Baptist Church. Born in Worcester, she was the daughter of William and Annie (McGee) Haynes. A Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, Jan. 6 at 11a.m. in Morrison-Morin Funeral Home, 1131 Main St., Leicester. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. A calling hour will be held Tuesday from 10 to 11a.m. in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Greenville Baptist New Church Project, 684 Pleasant St., Rochdale, 01542.
