BANTA, Martha age 90 of North Bergen, NJ died on Tuesday January 25, 2011. Beloved wife of the late George Banta. Devoted mother of Arlene Graziano and her husband Ron, Ellen Hirt and her husband David, Robert Banta and his wife Terri. Loving grandmother of Lisa, Jennifer, Christine, Michele, Steven, Caryn, Brian, Brendan and Ryan. Cherished great grandmother of six great grandchildren. Martha was a devoted and long-term parishioner of St. James Episcopal Church in Ridgefield, NJ. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Volk Leber Funeral Home 268 Kinderkamack Road – Oradell, NJ. Donations in her memory would be appreciated by the family to The March of Dimes-NJ Chapter, 2400 Main Street, Sayreville, NJ 08872. A funeral service will commence 9AM on Saturday at the funeral home, then to St. James Episcopal Church for a 10AM service, with interment to follow at Fairview Cemetery in Fairview, NJ. Visitation will be Friday 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
