Mr. Billy Lee Bowden, age 54, of Pinnacle, passed away on, January 22, 2011 at Northern Hospital of Surry. He was born on June 1, 1956 in Forsyth County to the late Dennis Lee and Carrie Roberta Hicks Bowden. Mr. Bowden worked as a farmer. Mr. Bowden is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Linda Gail Marion Bowden, of the home, two sons and daughter-in-law, David and Robin Bowden, of Danbury, and Adam James Bowden, of Pinnacle, one sister, Judy Bowden Pell, of Rural Hall, and one step-grandchild, Amber Dodson, and a special friend, Mike and Julie Wu. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, January 25, 2011 at Cox-Needham Funeral Home at 11:00 A.M with the Rev. Chad Lambe officiating with interment to follow Sulphur Springs Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday, January 24, 2011 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Cox-Needham Funeral Home.
