In Raynham, January 23, 2011 Theresa Ann Cassulo, a long-time resident of Taunton, died after a short illness on Sunday, the 23rd of Jan. at the Lifecare Center of Raynham, surrounded by her family. Born in 1916 in Taunton, MA. Tess was the daughter of th late Rose Papazoni of Worcester and Thomas Guglielmo of Cambobasso, Italy. Tess was the oldest of 5 siblings. Tess worked in the Taunton area for many years and ended her career at Bridgewater State College as an accountant for 20 years. Tess loved food, her family and being outside tending to her yard and garden. She had a wonderful sense of humor and a laugh that could light up a room. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Joanne Cassulo and Chuck Bagley of Hopkinton, NH, and a brother, Thomas Guglielmo of Rehoboth, MA. She was preceded in death by her husband Charles Cassulo, a sister Dorothy McGann, and a brother Henry Guglielmo. She has many nieces and nephews, all of whom she loved dearly and brought great joy to her life. Funeral from the O’Keefe-Wade Funeral Home, 70 Washington St. in Taunton, MA 02780 on Saturday, January 29th at 9 am. Followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Andrew the Apostle Church at 10 am. Relatives and friends are invited to visiting hours on Friday from 5-8 pm. Interment in the family lot in St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Taunton.
