Manchester– Alice T. Croteau, 91, died January 23, 2011 at Catholic Medical Center following a brief illness.
She was born in Manchester on August 1, 1919 the daughter of Michael and Barbara (Czaban) Tyzbir and had been a lifelong resident of Manchester.
She was a graduate of Manchester West High School.
Prior to her retirement she had worked for J. F. McElwain Shoe.
She was a parishioner of Blessed Sacrament Church.
She was predeceased by her husband Robert J. Croteau on March 23, 2008.
Family members include 3 sons, Richard Croteau of Boise, ID, Ronald Croteau of Costa Mesa CA., Gerard Croteau of Lexington, MA, 1 daughter, Theresa Wirtz of Goffstown, 8 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren.
In Her Life: She was predeceased by her sister, Rose Charest, and her brother Andrew Tyzbir.
Services: There are no calling hours.
A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Thursday at 11 AM in Blessed Sacrament Church, S. Elm St. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
