Goffstown– Theresa M. Slimak, 65, died January 21, 2011 at Hillsborough County Nursing Home following a lengthy illness.
She was born in Salem, MA. on February 13, 1945 the daughter of Rudolph W. and Sophie (Liszczynska) Ouellette.
She had been employed by CNA Insurance as a Customer Service Representative.
She was a parishioner of St. Pius X Church.
In Her Life: Family members include her husband of 44 years, Joseph J. Slimak of Goffstown, 1 son, John J. Slimak and his wife Kimberly of Fishers, Indiana, 1 daughter Marianne Ouellette and her husband Michael of Manchester, 4 grandchildren, and 1 brother, Ronald Ouellette of Florida. She also leaves behind several nieces and nephews.
Services: Calling hours will be Tuesday from 3 to 7 PM at J. N. Boufford & Sons Funeral Home, 110 Bridge St. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Wednesday at 10 AM in St. Pius X Church, Candia Rd. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
