Obituary

Worcester: David Ringoen Crommett, 65, passed away peacefully in his home Friday, January 21, 2011. He leaves his Father, Alfred Freeman Crommett and step-mother Joan, his brother Theodore and his wife Nancy from Vernon, CT, his nieces Catherine and Elsie Crommett, his nephew Dennis Crommett and step nephew and niece, Daniel and Lindsay Rossano. David was predeceased by his mother Betty Jane Ringoen Crommett.
Mr. Crommett was a graduate of Shrewsbury High School in 1964. After serving in the Air Force during the Vietnam era, he graduated with a double major in Sociology and Elementary Education from Worcester State College and a Masters degree in Counseling from Anna Maria College. He was a psychotherapist working in agencies throughout Worcester County. Mr. Crommett was an avid, experienced guitar player who also enjoyed singing, dancing and writing.

Services will be held atNordgren Memorial Chapel, 300 Lincoln Street, on Tuesday, Jan. 25; a calling hour will be at 10:00 am, followed by the funeral at 11:00 a.m. at the Chapel and burial at Mountain View Cemetery in Shrewsbury.
