Brooks, James Michael, 38, of Louisville passed away Thursday January 20, 2011 at the Jewish Hospital.
James was a member of St Peter The Apostle Catholic Church, Our Lady Of Consolation Campus. He was a graduate of Doss High School class of 92.
Survivors include his parents, Juanita M. Brooks and James F. Brooks; three sisters, Robin Brooks (Shannon), Linda Cunningham (Ken) and Denise L. Decker (Cliff); two nieces, Angela and Sarah; four nephews, Shawn, Dylan, Evan and Austin.
Funeral services will be held 3:00 pm Sunday at the Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Hwy. with cremation to follow. Visitation will be 12:00 till 3:00 pm Sunday.
