WILMINGTON: Donna M. (Flibotte) Clifford, age 56, a 30 year Wilmington resident, formerly of Tewksbury, passed away on Sunday, January 16, 2011 at the Winchester Hospital, following a brief, yet courageous battle with cancer. She was the beloved wife of Daniel T. Clifford, with whom she would’ve celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary on April 19th, 2011, and the loving daughter of George A. Flibotte, of Tewksbury and the late Ruth (Milton) Flibotte.
Born in Winchester on July 19, 1954, Donna was raised in Tewksbury, and graduated from Tewksbury Memorial High School in 1971. Prior to her illness, she was employed as a shift supervisor at the Wilmington C.V.S. Store, where she worked for over 10 years. In addition, Donna was a tax return preparer for H & R Block of Tewksbury. Amongst her many activities, Donna cherished spending time at York Beach, ME and Loon Mountain, NH with her sister Diana.
In addition to her husband and father she is survived by her daughter, Dana M. Clifford; two sons, Dean A. and Douglas J. Clifford all of Wilmington and step-son DJ Clifford of Billerica; her sister and best friend, Diana Flibotte of Tewksbury; a sister, Debbie Moulton of Arizona and brother, David Flibotte of Tewksbury; She is also survived by many nieces and nephews including Brittany Flibotte and Briana Andella both of Tewksbury. And dear friend James Andella.
