Jeanne E. Gagnon, 72, of Salem, NH died on Friday December 10, 2010 at Holy Family Hospital, Methuen. Jeanne was born in Lawrence, MA and raised in Salem, NH. She was a graduate of Woodbury High School and has live in Salem all of her life. Before retirement, she worked at Western Electric Company, N. Andover. She was a very active member of St Patricks Parish, Pelham, NH where she was a member of The Women's Guild and served on the bereavement committee of the church. She loved knitting and crocheting and donated many Afghans for the church bazaar. She loved to travel and take cruises with friends and church groups.
Her family members include her brother, Raymond and his wife, Mary Gagnon of Ocala, Florida and her sisters, Evelyn McAllister of Raymond, NH and Ruth Ann and her husband, Daniel DePonte of Pelham, NH. She also leaves seven nieces and nephews and several great nieces and nephews. There are no calling hours. Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial mass on Saturday January 22, 2011 at 11:00 am in St Patrick Church, Pelham, NH. Memorial contributions may be made to Cross International Catholic Outreach, 370 West Camino Gardens Boulevard, Boca Raton, FL. 33432.
