Andover: Mrs. Barbara R. (Raymond) Bachand, 75, died Tuesday at the Lawrence General Hospital. Born in Somerville, Mrs. Bachand had been an area resident for the past 41 years. She had been employed for many years at the Exchange Network and attended St. Patrick Church. The mother of the late Ray Alexander, she is survived by:
