Helen M. (Cronin) Sheehan, 95, a longtime resident of Brockton, died at Baypointe Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Brockton on Thursday, January 13. She was the wife of the late Jeremiah Sheehan. Born and raised in County Cork, Ireland, Mrs. Sheehan came to the U.S. in 1958 and settled in Brockton. She was a longtime communicant of Our Lady of Lourdes Church and enjoyed socials at Florian Hall in Dorchester.
Mrs. Sheehan was the sister of the late Nora Cronin, Josephine Kavanagh, and Daniel Cronin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 433 West St., Brockton on Thursday, January 20 at 9 AM. Visiting Hours omitted. Burial will take place at Calvary Cemetery in Brockton.
