Shirley Ann Harper Graham, age 58, Douglas, GA passed away in Suwannee, Florida following an extended illness. Mrs. Graham was the daughter of the late Dempsey and Clarice Whatley Veal Harper; she was born on December 2, 1953. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Linda Faye McDonald. Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 14, 2011 in the Chapel of Sims Funeral Home at 4:00 p.m. Burial will follow in The Bethany Church Cemetery. Survivors include: husband: Danny Graham, Douglas, GA; sons: Davin Ray (Rosemary) Harper, Kevin Dewayne (Patty) Harper, both of Douglas, GA; daughter: Missie (Randy) Eldridge, Douglas, GA; 8 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; sister in law: Clara Mae Harper, Douglas, GA; brother in law: Calvin McDonald, Douglas, GA; uncles: Winston (Norma) Harper, Baldwin, FL; J. H. (Evelyn) Harper, Plano, TX; several brothers in law and sisters in law; several niece and nephews. The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 13, 2011 at Sims Funeral Home from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Sims Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
