LAWRENCE – Dorothy M. (Hardy) Halloran 89 died Saturday January 8, 2011 at Hannah Duston Nursing Center in Haverhill, MA.
Born in Lynn, MA daughter of Charles and Hilda (Gannett) Hardy, she was educated in Billerica schools. She worked as an LPN for many years and had a love for animals.
The widow of John Halloran, she was also pre-deceased by her first two husbands, Myles Moran and Roland Miner.
She is survived by her children, Joseph Miner and his wife Doris of Lawrence, MA, William Miner of Amesbury, MA and Michael M. Moran and his wife Mary of Haverhill, MA.
She also leaves her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Dorothy was the mother of the late James Miner.
ARRANGEMENTS: In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Elder services of Merrimack Valley 360 Merrimack Street BLDG 5 Lawrence, MA 01843 or Charity of Choice. Family and friends may call on Thursday from 4:00p.m. – 8:00p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday at 11:00a.m. in St. Patrick’s Church in Lawrence with burial to follow in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in North Andover, MA.
