Rose A. Cesino, 89, formerly of Johnston, died Monday, January 10, 2011 at Nancy Ann Home. She was the wife of the late Pasqaule Cesino and the late Charles Laurito.
A daughter of the late Alfred and Theresa (Napolitano) DiMente, she lived in Johnston for 30 years before moving to Warwick.
Mrs. Cesino was a school lunch aide for the Johnston Public Schools for ten years until retiring.
She is survived by sons, Ronald Laurito and wife, Sharon of Danielson, CT Richard Laurito and wife, Denise of Smithfield; grandchildren, Rana, Ashley, Kimberly, Danielle and Stefanie; siblings, Claire Shippee, Pauline Ursillo, Antonetta Carbone, Alfred DiMente, and Theresa Cochran;. She was the mother of the late Georgiana Laurito and sister of the late Marion Manni, Stella McLaughlin, Anna Signore and Anthony DiMente.
Mass of Christian Burial Friday at 11AM in St. Philip Church, 622 Putnam Pike, Greenville. Burial in the RI Veteran’s Cemetery. Visitation Thursday 4-7pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to American Cancer Society, 931 Jefferson Blvd. Suite 3004, Warwick, RI 02886.
