Fred Lee Bouressa, 44, Clarksville, died Friday, Jan. 7, 2011, at Grace Healthcare. A memorial service will be held at 2 PM Monday at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12 PM until the hour of service Monday at the funeral home. Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. He was born on December 2, 1966 at Ft. Campbell, KY, the son of Gene N. Bouressa and Eileen J. Harstad. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister; Bonnie Colon. He is survived by three brothers; Ronald Bouressa of Minnesota, Lamar Bouressa of Clarksville and Edwin Bouressa of South Carolina, one sister; Beverly Marty of Clarksville, several nieces and nephews.
