Ronald A. Gray age 59 of Canton passed away January 6th at the Caritis Norwood Hospital. Born in Norwood, Ron was raised in Canton and attended Canton Public Schools and graduated from Canton High School. He went on to get his degree in Electrical Engineering from The Lowell Technological Institute. Ron worked at Analog Devices in Norwood as an Electrical Engineer and at Shaws Corporation as a Help Desk/Q.A Manager. Mr. Gray was the Past President of Canton Pop Warner, former Canton Little League Coach, former Coach of the Little Blue Baseball, former Coach of Canton Recreation Softball, and a longtime volunteer for the Canton Recreation Dept. 4th of July Celebration. Ron was the Co-owner with his wife Deborah of the Canton Rink Snack Bar & The Snack Bar at the town pool for over 20 years. He was also an avid Red Sox Fan. Beloved husband of Deborah A. (Murphy). Father of Robert L. III & his wife Christine of Stoughton, Kaitlyn Turcotte & her husband Justin of RI, Tamra Stock & her husband Tim of Canton. Brother of Robert L Jr. of OH, Richard W. of Middleboro, Priscilla E. Leming of GA and Phyllis L. Curtis of S. Easton. Loving grandfather of Abigail Stock and Keagan Gray. Also survived by many nieces & nephews. Visiting hours at the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home 455 Washington St. Canton Monday (4-8 pm).
