Milton C. Dadoly, 87, formerly of Windham, NH died Thursday January 6, 2011 in the Lahey Clinic, Burlington, MA. Mr. Dadoly was born in Peabody, MA on July 20, 1923 a son of the late, Charles and Efthemia (Fushia) Dadoly. Raised and educated in Dracut, MA, he recently moved to Salem, NH. Mr. Dadoly flew 37 missions in the Pacific while serving with the US Navy during WWII. He was the owner and operator of Total Packaging Concepts in Derry, NH for 28 years. He was a longtime member of the William North Masonic Lodge AF & AM in Lowell, MA.
Mr. Dadoly was predeceased by three siblings, Thomas and Angelo Dadoly and Elizabeth Miliotis.
He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Joyce E. Dadoly of Salem, NH , three daughters, Elizabeth Weber of Lynn, MA, Kathy Gorczyca of Merrimack, NH, Martha Marchilli of Lancaster, MA, one son, Charles Dadoly of Merrimack, NH, three step-children, Dawn McLaughlin of Spencer, MA, Michelle DiBenedetti of Auburn, MA, James Rothera of Shrewsbury, MA, 13 grandchildren, one great-grandchild, five siblings, Chris Dadoly, James Dadoly, Leo Dadoly, Anne Pappas and Georgia Dadoly, also many nieces and nephews.
Following cremation, a calling hour was held on Monday January 10, 2011 from 10 - 11:00am in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Rd., Londonderry. A memorial service followed at 11:00am in the funeral home.
