Richard F. LeBel, 63, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, Dec. 28, 2010.
Born in Salem on Sept. 14, 1947, he was the son of the late Alphonse and Marjorie (Rawson) LeBel. He was raised and educated in Topsfield and was a graduate of Masconomet High School. He then served honorably in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam era.
A Danvers resident for more than 40 years, Mr. LeBel was employed for several years with Diversified Credit Services of Woburn.
He is survived by his siblings, Alphonse LeBel of Ogunquit, Maine, Peter LeBel and his wife Donna of Northwood, N.H., and Marjorie Burke of Pennsylvania. He was predeceased by two siblings, Sandra Smiledge and Mark LeBel.
