Janet M. (Routhier) McNulty, 49, of Westport passed away unexpectedly Thursday, December 30, 2010. She was wife of the late Thomas P. McNulty, they were married for 22 years.
Born in Fall River, daughter of Virginia V. (Chase) Routhier and the late Robert R. Routhier, she was a lifelong resident of Westport. She worked in Human Resources for Pawtucket Skilled Nursing. A graduate of Westport High School Class of 1979, she was inducted into the Westport High School Athletic Hall of Fame. She was a Communicant of St. John the Baptist Church, Westport. Janet enjoyed riding her Harley Davidson, gardening and sports, but most of all, she loved spending time with her family.
Including her mother, survivors include 3 sisters: Susan J. Sharpe of Westport, Cynthia A. Olivier of ME and Catherine M. Routhier of Rehoboth; a niece: Elizabeth DaSilva; and a great niece: Isabelle DaSilva.
Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be Tuesday, January 4, 2011 from the Potter Funeral Home at 9:00 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. John the Baptist Church, Westport at 10:00 A.M.
Calling hours Monday 4 – 7 P.M.
Interment will be private.
