Irene Comeau, 84, of Bedford, died December 27, 2003, at Hillsborough County Nursing Home, after a lengthy illness.
Born in Manchester, July 9, 1919, she was the daughter of Xavier and Eveline (Bernier) Larouche. She was educated in the local school system. She had worked as a beautician prior to her marriage.
She was predeceased by her husband of 45 years, Armand F. Comeau in 1983 and by her daughter, Constance Donahoe and a son Robert Comeau.
Family members include a son, Donald A. Comeau of Manchester; four grandchildren, Kathy Donahoe, Paula Donohoe, both of Exeter, NH, Michael Donahoe of Boulder, CO, and Jill Comeau of Manchester; a sister, Pauline St. Pierre of Manchester;nieces and nephews.
A mass of Christian burial was celebrated Wednesday December 31, 2003 in Sacred Heart Church. Burial followed in Mount Calvary Cemetery.
