Lawrence, MA – Elerena M. (Gaudette) Lasonde, 82, died December 28, 2010 at the Mary Immaculate Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Elerena was born in Lawrence the daughter of Manuel and Beatrice (Arsenault) Gaudette.
For 30 years Mrs. Lasonde had been a Potter with the Raytheon Company of Andover before retiring in1989.
She enjoyed traveling throughout the world because of her love of the many customs in different countries. Mrs. Lasonde was an avid fan of bingo, and loved the Red Sox.
Elerena was the widow of Andrew Lasonde, and is survived by one sister Stella St. Amand of Salem, NH, one brother Kenneth Gaudette of Salem, NH, and 2 sister’s in-law Barbara Gaudette and Mary Gaudette as well as several nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Service will take place on Monday morning at 11 o’clock from the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home, Inc. 233 Lawrence Street in Methuen with burial to follow in the Immaculate Conception Cemetery of Lawrence.
Friends will be warmly received on Sunday from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM at the funeral home.
