Mr. Perry Erastus Spainhower, age 74, husband of Barbara Isaacs Spainhower, of Pinnacle (Shoals Community), passed away on, Tuesday, December 28, 2010 at Forsyth Medical Center. He was born in Surry County on December 16, 1936 to the late Beverly Eugene and Elsie Mae Scott Spainhower.Mr. Spainhower worked as a Farmer and was a member of Shoals Baptist Church.Mr. Spainhower. is survived by two sons and daughter-in-law, Perry Randall (Kay) Spainhower and Christopher Spainhower, both of Pinnacle; one daughter, Teressa Wright of Pinnacle; four grandchildren, Amber Spainhower, Tiffin Spainhower, Nicole Wright and Perry Wright.He was preceded in death by one brother, Windrield Spainhower.Funeral Services will be held on Friday, December 31, 2010 at Shoals Baptist Church at 2:00 P.M with the Rev. Tommy Martin and the Rev.
