Robert P. De Cambra, age 76, of Fall River passed away December 23, 2010. He was the son of the late Manuel and Mary (Parchesco) De Cambra. Prior to retiring, Robert had been a Construction Worker, Fisherman and Trailer Truck Driver. He was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict & a member of St. Mary’s Cathedral were he was also an altar server.
Robert was the father of Elaine Marie Barra of FL & Robert Davis, brother of Irene De Cambra and Emma Culburt both of CT, the late John, Alfred, Louis, Ernest, Agnes De Cambra and Elise Pires, grandfather of Jason Vincelette, and uncle to several nieces and nephews.
DUE TO THE PREDICTED SNOW STORM. Robert P. De Cambra's funeral will take place from the MANUEL ROGERS & SONS FUNERAL HOME 1521 N. Main St., Fall River on WEDNESDAY at 9:00 A.M. with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary’s Cathedral at 10:00 A.M. Interment in St. Patrick Cemetery, Somerset. Calling Hours on TUESDAY 6-8 P.M. Inlieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Heart Association.
