Dolores E. Chubka 88, of Seventh Ave. died Sunday at Woonsocket Health Center. She was the wife of the late Peter P. Chubka. Mrs. Chubka was born in Woonsocket, a daughter of the late Amedee and Mabel (Nivens) Lavallee. She was a housekeeping supervisor for the Woonsocket Motor Inn for ten years before retiring in 1974.
She is survived by two daughters Patricia Lynn and Paulette Chubka both of Woonsocket, a sister Aurore Thibeault of Attleboro, a grandson Christopher Lynn and two great granddaughter. She was also the sister of the late Roland Lavallee.
Her funeral will be held Wednesday at 9:00 AM from the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 463 South Main St. Woonsocket, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in Sacred Heart Church, Olo St. Woonsocket. A private burial will be held at a later date. Visiting hours are Tuesday 4-6 PM.
