SILOAM - Lester Dale Shew known to all his Family and Friends as “Dale”Born May 8th, 1966 - Deceased December 13, 2010. He was a resident of Siloam, North Carolina. Dale passed away peacefully and courageously with his sister by his side. Dale was born and raised in Surry County North Carolina. He was a Construction Superintendent with Century Contractors for the last 23 years.Dale was one of two children born to the late Lester “Jock” and Alice Shew. He was a beloved Son, Brother, Uncle, Great Uncle, along with countless other friends and family whom were blessed to know him.Survived by his Sister, Angela Shew Koenig and Brother-in-law, Mark Koenig: Nephew Jason Beverly and wife, Christy Beverly: Niece Tabitha Flippen and Husband Kenneth Flippen: Great Nephews and Nieces, Landan, Karsen, Macie, Braelyn, and Rylan: Cousin and best friend Tommy Key, and a Special Friend: Vickie Sheppard.Dale touched the lives of many people with his strength, courage, and maintained his strong willpower all the way to the very end.
