Manchester– Leonard A. LaFleur, 78, died December 12, 2010 at Elliot Hospital following a brief illness.
He was born in Manchester on March 24, 1932 the son of Leo and Rachel (Racine) LaFleur.
He graduated from St. Joseph High School class of 1950.
He had worked for Cote’s Bakery, Mount St. Mary College, Hooksett Fire Department, and lastly at Workplace Systems Inc. in Londonderry for over 20 years until his retirement.
He was a former parishioner of St. Patrick Church and a current parishioner of St. Elizabeth Seton Church.
He was predeceased by a daughter Denise Stewart.
Family members include his wife of 33 years, Georgette (DesRochers) LaFleur of Goffstown, 3 daughters, Frances Blazon of Goffstown, Lisa Fecteau of Laguna Niguel, CA., Gisele DiCato of Durham, NC., 1 son Donald R. Blanchette of Montpelier, VT.
In His Life: He also leaves 7 grandchildren, Justin Stewart, Courtney Blazon, Zachary Fecteau, Frank Stewart, Jessica Stewart, Brittany Fecteau, and Jennifer Hyde, and 2 great grandchildren, Fern Stewart, Laurel Stewart, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services: A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Friday at 12 Noon in St Elizabeth Seton Church in Bedford. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
