Of Brockton and Praia, Cape Verde Dec 4th Porfirio Manede. Died in the Caritas Good Samaritan Hospital Brockton after a period of failing health. He was born in Praia, Santiago, Cape Verde Son of the late Benjamin and Maria Monteiro Paiva. Mr. Paiva owned a Car Parts Store in the Fazenda Section in Praia. In addition to his family in Cape Verde he is survived by his Cousin Antonio Vas of Brockton.
Visitation was held Wed. Dec 8th in his home in the Fezenda. Church Services and Burial followed in Praia. Ilhas Funerarias Praia and Funerarias Multi Culurel were in charge of arrangements.
