Tran Thi Muoi age 97 of Peoria passed away at 1:30am Friday Dec. 3. 2010 at her residence. She was born Dec. 31, 1912 in Vietnam to Lan Van Tran and Dua Thi Pham. She married Lieng Nguyen, he passed away in 1991.
She is survived by one son De (Beba) Nguyen of Peoria. Seven grandchildren Duc My Nguyen, Khai Thuy Nguyen, Oanh Nguyen, Tung Thao Nguyen, Yen Loi Tran, Loan Phong Tran, and Phuong Indri Nguyen. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by 3 sons, one daughter, 2 brothers and 3 sisters.
She devoted all her life to take care of the family’s 4th generation. She was a member of the Quan Am Temple in Moline Il.
Visitation will be Tuesday Dec. 7, 2010 from 3pm until 9pm at the Mason Funeral Home Germantown Hills Chapel. Cremation rites will be accorded on Wednesday Dec. 8, 2010.
