AUBURN- Lillian G. (Seymour) Mercier, 98, of Auburn, died Wednesday, December 1st at Radius Healthcare of Worcester. She leaves a son, Frederic R. Mercier of Worcester and a daughter, Lee Britt of Worcester; four grandchildren, and friends, Jean Nelson formerly of Worcester and Joanne and Philip Telemaque of Brimfield. She was predeceased by many brothers and sisters.
She was born in Fitchburg, the daughter of Thomas E. and Maude (Eaton) Seymour and was a graduate of the Elizabeth Allis Hairdressing School. Lillian worked at Clark University for many years before retiring. She loved animals, especially her cat Nyla.
Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, December 7th from 5–7 PM at CALLAHAN & FAY BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 61 Myrtle Street, Worcester.
