Ann Elizabeth Johnson Mitchell, 83, Cedar Hill, TN, died Saturday, Nov. 27, 2010, at Montgomery Care & Rehab. The funeral will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home with Brother John Maltais, Brother Gene Brown and Bro. Tom Payne officiating. Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM Monday and from 9:00 AM until the hour of service Tuesday at the funeral home. Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born in Hickory Point,on May 26, 1927, the daughter of Amos Johnson and Mary Lee Ransdell Johnson. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Hubert Mitchell and her sister Frances Mitchell. She was a member of Stroudsville Church of Christ. She was a wife, mother and an Avon Respresentative who loved her children and God. She is survived by two sons Jerry Dean Mitchell of Cedar Hill, Michael David Mitchell of Clarksville, five daughters Diane(Roy)Smith, Judy Hensley, Dixie (Steve) Jones, Beth Smith all of Clarksville, Lisa(Ricky) Arms of Cedar Hill, four grandchilden and two great grandchildren.
