Brittany Nicole Parsons, 22, of Tifton died Tuesday, November 23, 2010, in Tifton. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 27, 2010 in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals. Rev. Luther Walker and Rev. Jimmie Hinson will officiate with burial to follow in Lenox Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday, November 26, 2010, from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals.
Brittany was born on May 16, 1988 in Tifton and was the daughter of Jim Parsons and Sharon Connell Parsons, both of Tifton. She was a homemaker and attended Carpenter Road Church of God.
In addition to her parents, Brittany is survived by her step-father, Rod Weitala of Tifton; her fiancé, Scott Carter of Tifton; her daughter, Shyan Parsons of Tifton; one brother, Derek Parsons of Douglas; and her grandparents, Charles and Inez Callahan of Tifton.
