Ella Mae Bellamy, 79, Clarksville, died Saturday, November 20,2010, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. The funeral will be held at 2 PM Wednesday at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel with Steve Baggett officiating. Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 5-8 PM Tuesday at the funeral home and from 11 AM until the hour of service Wednesday at the funeral home. Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Ella was born on August 14, 1931 in Montgomery County to the late Herbert Sheppard and Louise Graham. She was preceded in death by a sister; Francis Elliott, four brothers; William, Buck, Brandon, and Raymond Sheppard and a great grandchild; Makalla Culli. She was a retired Trane employee. She was also a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Survivors include a husband; Carl Bellamy of Clarksville, a son; Troy Bellamy of Clarksville, a daughter; Carol Burkhart of Clarksville, four brothers; Charles Sheppard, Pete Sheppard, Bob Sheppard, and Larry Sheppard, four sisters; Barbara Jean Elliott, Patsy McElroy, Rose Harris, and Margaret Nunley, and two grandchildren; Ashlie Culli and Eric Burkhart. Pallbearers will be Eric Burkhart, Mike Sheppard, Raymond Sheppard, Bobby Sheppard, David Sheppard, John Dorris McElroy, Steve Elliott, and Ron Waterhouse.
