Tobie LeAnn Ishmael Sandfer, 44, Clarksville, died Friday , November 19, 2010, at her residence. A memorial service will be held at 11 AM Tuesday at First Baptist Church with Dr. Roger Freeman officiating. Visitation will be from 10 AM until the hour of service Tuesday at First Baptist Church. The remains are to be cremated. Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Tobie was born on December 27, 1965 in Dickson, TN to Dorothy Jean Hudson and the late Leland Bennett Ishmael. She was an employee of Florim USA. She was also a member of First Baptist Church.
