Andrew J. Rossetti, of Medford, died Tuesday at the Chelsea Soldiers Home. He was 89.
Mr. Rossetti was born and raised in East Boston, the son of the late Patrick and Antonietta Rossetti. A US Army veteran of World War II, Andrew worked for over 40 years in the Parks Department for the City of Boston. Andrew was a wonderful husband and devoted to his family.
The beloved husband of the late Anna (Trotta), he was a devoted father of Marie Rossetti, Andrew Rossetti, Patrick Rossetti and Valerie Rossetti all of Medford. He was a loving grandfather of Julian and Alexander Rossetti.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford, Saturday November 20th at 9 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in Saint Michael the Archangel Chapel, 91 Crest Ave, Chelsea, at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Friday 4 - 8. Services will conclude with burial at Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden.
