Reynolds, Freda (Borr) 101, of Chelsea and formerly of Revere passed away on November 16, 2010. Freda was born in East Boston and raised in Chelsea. She was a graduate of Chelsea High School. Freda was a life long member of Temple Tifereth Israel of Everett and a member of the sisterhood at the temple. She was also a member of Hadassah. Freda was an avid bridge player. Freda was very devoted to her family; her family was “the most important part of her life.”
Freda was the beloved wife of the late Albert Reynolds. She was the devoted mother of Jack Reynolds and his wife Cindy, Linda Gill, and Roxanne Cohen and her husband Harris. She was the dear sister of Ethel Band and her husband Maurice, and several late sisters and a brother. She was also the loving grandmother of eleven grandchildren, and ten great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held on November 19, 2010 at 12:00 noon, at New Tifereth Israel of Everett Cemetery, 232 Fuller St. Everett. Memorial observance will be held at the home of Jack and Cindy Reynolds, following the interment until 5:00 PM and Saturday 6:00-9:00 PM.
