Richard E. Little, 82, of Slocum Rd., Dartmouth died Tuesday, November 16, 2010 at Charlton Memorial Hospital. He was husband of Leah (Mason) Little.
Born in Dartmouth, he was son of the late Erwin M. and Edna T. (Wood) Little. Mr. Little was a heavy equipment mechanic for the U.S. Civil Service Navy Government at Quonset Point, RI and the Naval Submarine Base in Groton, CT. He also served in the National Guard.
Including his wife, survivors include a son: Brian S. Little of E. Lyme, CT and 2 grandchildren: Ellen Little and Brian L. Little. He was brother of the late Zelma Hubbard.
Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be Saturday, November 20, 2010 at the Potter Funeral Home at 11:00 A.M.
Visitation will be Saturday from 10:00 – 11:00 A.M. prior to the service.
Interment in Linden Grove Cemetery, Westport.
