Obituary

Herbert R. DeNapoli, 83, of Franklin died November 14 in the University of Massachusetts Medical Center in Worcester.
Born in Franklin, March 15, 1927, the son of the late Antonio and Clementina (Reppucci) DeNapoli, Mr. DeNapoli was a lifelong Franklin resident.
He was a graduate of Franklin High School and Wentworth Institute of Technology.
Mr. DeNapoli had been an Engineer for the Foxboro Company for many years before retiring.
Herb enjoyed baseball.
He served in the Navy during World War II.
He is survived by his brothers, Joseph of Southborough and John of Wrentham.
He was the brother of the late Eleanor Jarbeau and Vera Brien.He is also survived by his dear friend Virginia Bowen of Norfolk.
His funeral will be held on Thursday, November 18 from the Ginley Funeral Home of Franklin, 131 Main St. in Franklin at 9:15 followed by a funeral Mass in St. Mary’s Church at 10:00 a.m.
Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
Calling hours will be on Wednesday from 6-8 p.m.
