CONNOLLY Patrick Of Westwood, formerly of Roslindale on Thursday, November 11, 2010. Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family.
For 58 years was the beloved and devoted husband of Nora (Crowley) Connolly.
Pat’s legacy, lovingly continues with his 7 children,

Margaret Bernazzani and her husband Richard of West Roxbury, MA.
Noreen Chmielinski and her husband Christopher of Walpole, MA.
Marion Emslie and her husband George of Needham, MA.
Brian Connolly and his wife Pamela of Walpole, MA.
Thomas Connolly and his wife Mimi of West Roxbury, MA.
Ann-Marie C. Wilson and her husband Kevin of Westwood, MA.
His 27 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
Padraic Tom was born May 5, 1922 in Keeraun, Ballynahown, Co. Galway, Ireland. Patrick was predeceased by his parents, Thomas and Nora Connolly, and his siblings, Brede, Maire, Nora, Choil and Ann. Also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews in Ireland, England, Australia and the United States. Patrick immigrated to the United States in 1949. He made his home in Boston, Massachusetts where with much pride he gained his U.S. Citizenship. Past member of Local 223. Pat worked over 38 years for Walsh Brothers Construction Company.
Strengthened by his fervent belief in God, Pat lived his life completely committed to his family. Quiet simplicity with love, courage, honesty, and a strong work ethic defined Pat’s life. These are his greatest gifts he leaves to his family who have been so blessed to have had him as their patriarch. May God hold him in the palm of his hands as he joins all those who have gone before him especially his beautiful granddaughter Talia and his dear son-in-law Trooper Mark S. Charbonnier.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Mark’s Parish Dorchester, MA. c/o Fr. Daniel Finn. Funeral from the William J. Gormley Funeral Home, 2055 Centre St., WEST ROXBURY on Tuesday Nov. 16th. at 10:30am. followed by a Funeral Mass in the Holy Name Church at 11:30am. Visiting hours Monday 4-8pm. Relatives and friends invited. Interment New Westwood Cemetery.
