Manchester– Maurice Mondor, 89, died November 9, 2010 at Mt. Carmel Nursing Home following a brief illness.
He was born in Manchester on August 7, 1921 the son of Adelard and Elizabeth (Tessier) Mondor.
He was very active in church activities and had been an Eucharistic Minister for St. Patrick Church, St. Raphael Church, Ste. Marie Church and St. Jean Baptiste Church.
He was predeceased by his wife Mary (Griffin) Mondor.
Members of his family include nieces, nephews and close friends.
SERVICES: Calling hours will be Thursday morning from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM in the Mt. Carmel Nursing Home Chapel. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM in Mt. Carmel Nursing Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
