Hope Gracie Cortez, infant, Clarksville, died Thursday, November 4, 2010, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. The funeral will be held at 9:00 a.m. Monday at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel with Pastor Joe Brewer officiating. Burial will be in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery-West.
