Obituary

Mary J. (Wyman) Brodsky, 65 years old, a lifelong resident of Lowell, died Monday evening at the Town and Country Nursing Center in Lowell.
Born on March 7, 1945, she was a daughter of the late William C. Wyman Jr. and Shirley (Pine) Day. She was raised by her grandparents William C. Wyman Sr. and his wife Esther and attended the Immaculate Conception Grammar School and a 1963 graduate of Lowell High School.
Years ago Mrs. Brodsky worked at Scottie Shoe Store in Lowell and as a clerk at Zayres Department Store. More recently she was a homemaker at home and enjoyed dog breeding for many years. Mrs. Brodsky attended the Immaculate Conception Church in Lowell.
She is survived by three sons, Scott A. Brodsky of Londonderry, NH, Steven P. Brodsky of Lowell and Jonathan M. Brodsky of Nashua, NH; three grandchildren, Michael A. Foster of Boston, Jared M. Brodsky and Myranda Brodsky both of New Hampshire; a brother, Daniel Wyman of Dracut and several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Brodsky was also the sister of the late Ruth A. (Wyman) Capone who died in October of 1991.
BRODSKY- It being her request, there will be no calling hours. Relatives and friends are asked to gather for her Funeral Mass on Friday, Nov, 5 at 10:00 at the Immaculate Conception Church (Lower Church). Burial in St. Mary’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the MSPCA-Angell, Memorial Giving Program, 350 South Huntington Avenue, Boston, MA 02130. Arrangements are by the MAHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 187 NESMITH ST. (Rte.38) LOWELL.
