BOAZ, Theresa Lynn (Scarbro), 42, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away October 31, 2010.
She was a tax preparer for Jackson-Hewitt and an Anneta Fire Department First Responder.
She is survived by her husband, Jimmy Boaz; daughters, Tiffany Havard (Samuel) and Chasitie Flynn; mother, Willene Witt (Ricky); sisters, Janae Thomas and Misty Davis; and step-grandmother, Pat Witt. She was dearly loved by her aunts and uncles.
Her service will be 11am Thursday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with entombment in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday 11am-8pm at the funeral home.
