FALL RIVER … Denise M. Berger, 55, of Fall River passed away Tuesday, November 2, 2010 after a long illness.
She was born in Fall River a daughter of Albert Rene and Germaine (Mailloux) Berger of Fall River and had been a lifelong resident of this city.
She was a communicant of Notre Dame de Lourdes Church of Eastern Ave., Fall River.
She attended Nazareth Hall in Fall River until age 10 and attended St. Coletta’s in Hanover Massachusetts which was run by the Franciscan Sisters and was confirmed at age 10 by Cardinal Cushing. She also attended the Adult Learning Center in Fall River. She received her GED in 1975 through Bristol Community College.
Survivors include her parents, 2 brothers: Daniel Berger of Fall River and Donald Berger of West Warwick, RI, aunts, uncles, cousins, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Friday at 9AM from the SOUTH COAST FUNERAL HOME, 1555 Pleasant Street, Fall River, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM at Notre Dame de Lourdes Church, 529 Eastern Ave. Fall River. Interment in Notre Dame Cemetery. Calling hours will be Thursday, 4 -7 PM. Please Omit Flowers.
