Paul “PJ” Collette, Jr., 47, of Bedford, NH, died Sunday October 24, 2010, in Hampstead, NH. He was born in Lynn, MA on October 31, 1962, a son of the late Paul P. and Donna J. (Taylor) Collette, Sr.. Paul grew up in Derry, attended Derry schools and graduated from Pinkerton Academy, class of 1981. He enjoyed woodworking, drawing, painting and art. Paul enjoyed spending time with friends in the outdoors, especially the times spent at Collettes Grove boating and swimming. He also treasured the times spent with his nieces and nephews. Paul was a family guy who was known as a giving and generous person with a huge heart. He loved life and lived it to the fullest.
He is survived by a brother; Donald Collette and his wife Christina of Warren, NH; a sister; Valerie Geraghty and her husband James of Bedford, NH; three nephews; Jimmy Geraghty of Bedford, Devin Lenfest of Londonderry, NH and Joseph Collette of Warren, four nieces; Colleen, Katie and Erin Geraghty, all of Bedford and Donna Collette of Warren. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
There will be no calling hours. Following cremation graveside services will be held on Saturday, November 13, 2010 at 11:00 AM in Forest Hill Cemetery, E. Derry Road, Derry, NH. The Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, Derry is assisting the family with arrangements.
