Catherine Ellen Rogan, of Plymouth formerly of Kingston, passed away on October 20th at the age of 82. She was the sister of Edward F. Rogan Jr. of Maryland and Mary R. Reeder-Bay of St. Louis, MI. She also leaves nine nieces and nephews and many great nieces and nephews. Born in Fall River to the late Edward F. and Madeline (McLear) Rogan, Catherine graduated from Fall River Schools and later worked for New England Bell/AT & T Long Lines as a telephone operator and supervisor. She was a member of the Bonnie Seniors at St. Bonaventure’s Church and a Eucharistic Minister at Jordan Hospital. For a hobby she showed Kerry Blue Terriers and raised Wheaton Terriers. A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, October 25th at 10 o’clock at St. Bonaventure’s Church in Manomet. Visiting hours will be held on Sunday from 5-7 pm at the Richard Davis Funeral Home, 619 State Road, Route 3A, Plymouth (Manomet). Burial at the St. Patrick’s Catholic Cemetery in Fall River. In lieu of flowers, donations in her name may be made to the Jordan Hospital Cancer Center, 275 Sandwich St., Plymouth, MA 02360.
