Lawrence: Mrs, Fernande T. (Martineau) Roberts, 84, died Thursday at her home. Born in Lawrence she had been an area resident all her life. She worked as a mill girl in Lawrence, then as a hairdresser. Mrs Roberts worked for 9 years at Western Electric and later became a landlord. She was also the owner of the former Cozy Café on Haverhill and Railroad Street. Mrs. Roberts enjoyed golfing, crafts, shopping and crocheting, she spent her winters in Deerfield, FL.

2 Daughters: Jacqueline and her husband Alfred Choquette of Kingston, NH
Doris Roberts and Stanley Sidlik of Methuen
1 Brother; Paul Martineau
2 Grandchildren Daniel Choquette

3 great Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews
