James Edward Hembree, 84, Clarksville, died Monday, October 18, 2010, at his home.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery-West with Rev. Larry Eckman officiating.

He was born March 17, 1926 in Detroit, MI and was preceded in death by his parents, John and Lucille Hembree. Mr. Hembree was retired from the US Army, a life member of the 11th Abn. Division, 101st Abn. Division Association, the American Legion, V.F.W. and D..V. local chapters.
Survivors include his wife Glenda Hembree, sons Tim Hembree, Clarksville; Richard Hembree,Kentucky; Keith Hembree, Antioch, TN; and daughter, Pennie Hembree, Arkansas; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
